GUINNESS IRISH STEW
November 29 - December 12
We simmer beef, carrots, onions, and potatoes in real Guinness Irish beer, low & slow, for hours, leaving us with a deep and robust flavor and fork-tender meat.
December 13 - December 30
We make our own American-style Goulash. We start by browning ground beef, onions & green peppers, seasoning with garlic, salt & pepper, and adding tomatoes and tomato sauce. We let is simmer while the macaroni is cooking, and then we serve it to you.
