We hand-make our stuffed cabbage - one at a time! We start by browning ground beef & pork then mixing it with rice and spice. Then we put them in a casserole pan, cover them with our tangy tomato sauce, and bake to perfection.

Grilled ham, fried egg, melted cheese, and maple aioli on grilled sourdough bread. A delicious maple entree!
